Wilma Jean Day 59 of Corbin formerly of Harlan passed away Monday May 20, 2013 at her home in Corbin.
Wilma was born March 7, 1954 in Harlan, KY to the late Eugene and Emma Elizabeth Bray Freeman. She was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness Faith.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Kay Whitaker.
She is survived by 3 sons, Eugene Joseph of Corbin, Rufus (Sherry) Joseph of Louisville, and Hubert (Anita) Joseph of Louisville; grandchildren, Josh, Dakota, Kaelie, Nathan, Keyan, and Cameron Joseph; 3 brothers, Billy (Sara) Freeman of Harlan, Harold Freeman of Harlan, and Ricky (Rhoda) Freeman of Corbin; 2 sisters, Alma Hudgins of Evarts, and Patricia (Tony) Lawson of Rocky Face, GA; great grandchildren, Isabella, Kaleb, and Jacob; she leaves several nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Wednesday May 22, 2013 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Keith, KY.
