Warren Howard

Warren E. Howard, 93 of Harrogate, TN formerly of Wallins, KY passed away on Wednesday afternoon of March 3, 2021 at the Harlan ARH.
Warren was born January 25, 1928 in Wallins, KY to the late William and Cuba Jane Blanton Howard. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was a retired math teacher from the Harlan Independent School System. He loved to travel, the theater, arts, and he enjoyed writing.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by sister, Lois Noe; brother, Edwin Howard.
He is survived by his nieces, Janie (Gary) Farmer, and Tamara (Jerry) Carter; his nephew, Doug Noe; great nephew and nieces, Brent (Susan) Noe, Brandon (Carrie) Noe, Bethany (Canon) Moore, Ryan (Vanessa Cortez) Farmer, and Cora (Matt) Jones; great great nieces, Whitney Noe and Harper Farmer; special extended family member, Steve Broughton.
In keeping with how Warren lived life, all services will be private.
