Velma Massengale

Velma Massengale, 68 of Kildav, KY passed away Tuesday afternoon of December 27, 2022 at her home.
Velma was born September 2, 1954 in Rockford, IL to the late Shirley Cremeens Rohrer and Wesley Stoner. She was a Home Base Teacher for KCEOC with over 25 years of service.
Velma is preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley King; brother, Glen Rohrer; and brother-in-law, Paul Fisher.
She leaves behind her husband, Jeffery Massengale; daughter, Betty (Keith) Johnson of Kildav, KY; grandsons, Jeffrey (Madison) Johnson of Kildav, KY, J.C. King of Tazewell, TN, and Wesley (Caroline) King of Johnson City, TN; a great-granddaughter, Caroline Elizabeth Owens; sister, Janet Fisher of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 2 nephews, Steven and Chandler Fisher of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and a son-in-law, Jess King Jr. of Tazewell, TN, to mourn her passing.
In keeping with her wishes, all services will be private and burial will be in the Evarts Memorial Gardens at Verda, KY.
