Tracy Beach

Tracy Beach, 68 of Baxter, Kentucky died Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at his residence.  Son of the late John Wheeler Beach and Gertrude Mae Wyrick Beach he was born April 29, 1947 in Harlan, Kentucky.  Tracy was a retired Coal Miner having last worked at Great Western and a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He was a graduate of Harlan High School and attended the Kelly Street Baptist Church.  Tracy enjoyed his family, especially his grand kids.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Louise Beach and mother-in-law, Marcia Adams.

Surviving are children, Jeff (Jennifer) Beach of Baxter and Jennifer (Jim) Gross of Tazewell, TN; grandchildren, James Gross, Jaccob Gross, and Mason Beach; and sister Joyce Gilbert of Putney.  Several nieces, nephews and many friends will also mourn his passing.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, February 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.  The Brother Bill Maggard will officiate the services.  Military rites will be presented by members of the Harlan Honor Guard.  Willie Johnson, Mike Forester, John Wyrick, Andrew Forester, Shelby Calton, James Gross, Jacob Gross, and Mason Beach will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Harlan Humane Society, 167 Belkway Drive, Harlan, KY  40831.
