Tina Clem

Tina Louise LoBiondo Clem, 61 of Smith, KY passed away on Monday April 5, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Tina was born May 30, 1959 in Freeport Long Island, NY to Thomas and Wanda Allen LoBiondo who now reside in Smith, KY.
She is preceded in death by her son James Chappel Whitfield; brother, Thomas LoBiondo, II; sister, Regina Ann LoBiondo; nephew, Anthony Salvatore LoBiondo.
Besides her parents she is survived by her husband, Roger Clem of Smith; son John Carter Whitfield, III of Orlando, FL; grandson, Jayln Chappel Whitfield of Knoxville, TN; granddaughter, Nakhaiya Whitfield of Orlando, FL; brother, Allen (Vicki) LoBiondo of Danville, KY; she leaves a host of niece, nephews other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday (April 17) at the Riverside Baptist Church in Smith, Ky with Rev. Roger W. Clem officiating.
