Thomas Helton
April 26, 1943 — December 31, 2014
Thomas Randolph (Bud) Helton, 72 of Cawood, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Charlie Helton; mother, Roxie Nolan Helton; sisters, Esta Mae Griffin, Mildred Chaney, and Peggy Harris; and brother Charles Helton as well as his best friend Kenneth Massingale.
He is survived by four children, Thomas, Jeffrey, Kelly, and Kimberly all of Ft. Wayne, TN; five grandchildren; two brothers, Billy Joe Helton of Cawood and Gene Helton of Georgia; and three sisters, Margie Rolfes Cawood, Dorothy Helton, and Frances Snow of Indiana. Also a host of nieces and nephews which he loved dearly will survive.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 3, 2015 after 1:00 PM at the Cawood Church of God of the Mountain Assembly.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 4, 2015 in the Cawood Church of God of the Mountain Assembly. The Rev. Franklin Stewart will officiate the services.
Interment will follow the funeral in the Helton Family Cemetery in Cawood, KY. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
