Terry Tompkins

Terry L. Tompkins, 73 of Harlan passed away on Friday February 5, 2021 at the Harlan ARH.
Terry was born January 31, 1948 to the late Leonard and Pauline Jones Tompkins. He was retired driver for Dynatec and owner/operator of Trailriders ATV Shop in Harlan.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycles until his health just wouldn't allow him to do it anymore.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife by 1 day, Ardath "Beth" Tompkins who passed away on February 4, 2021; granddaughter, Kashlyn Tompkins; his sisters, Marjorie Williams and Lucille Vaughn; special nephew who was like a brother, Daniel Williams.
He is survived by his sons, Terry A. (Gladys) Tompkins, John M. Kinner, Jarad Tompkins, and Bryan Tompkins; special daughter in law, Christis Tompkins; grandchildren, Jadiah Alexis, Taylor, Riann, Ashlynn, and Aaliyah Tompkins; sister, Lynn (Ron) Pugh; he leave nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Wednesday (Feb. 10) from 5:00 pm - 7:00  pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Bro. David Napier officiating.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday (Feb. 11) at the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY. he will be laid to rest along with his wife, Beth.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of funeral home capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed.
