Terra Tuggle

Terra Rea`Chelle Tuggle, 31 of Harlan passed away on Friday morning of March 27, 2020 in Lexington, KY.

Terra was born November 11, 1988 in Harlan to Ernest Couch and Mary Tuggle. She had worked for McDonalds.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, A`Mary Tuggle; brothers, Jeffry and Johnathan Shoemaker.

Besides her parents she is survived by 2 children, Ma’kiah Lathem and Jaylee Nutter; grandmother, Catherine Tuggle; grandfather, James Rancher; aunt, Leanna (Brendon) Asher; uncle, Jason (Gladys) Lumpkins; special cousins, Leon Oraelosi and Shannell Carroll; 2 special sisters, Keira Fields and Taylor Fee. She leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends, who loved her dearly to mourn her passing.

Due to Governor Andy Beshear's Executive Order, given on March 17, 2020, and based on CDC recommendations to decrease the spread of COVID-19, all services for Terra Rea`chelle Tuggle will be private, with Rev. Albert Phillips officiating.

Funeral services will be broadcast on Facebook Live (Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home page) 1:00 pm Thursday April 2, 2020.

Private burial will follow in the Couch Cemetery at Putney, KY.
