Tammie Saylor

Tammie Lynn Saylor, 56 of Coldiron, KY passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. She was born September 20, 1959 to the late Blaine and Mildred Fugate Saylor. She was a lifelong resident of Coldiron, KY and believed in the Holiness Faith.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by one niece, Leighton Mae Saylor.

She is survived by sisters, Sandra Stephens, Sharon (Moe) Saylor, Barbara (Mike) Howard, Vanda (John) McNab; brothers, Darryl Saylor, and Paul (Cheryl) Saylor.

She was beloved “Mammie” of Patrick (Jody) Stephens, Chad Saylor, Shelly (Tony) Ealy, April (Willie) Galloway, Michael Blaine (Beverly) Howard, Jordan (Freddie Jo) Howard, Samantha (Jeff) Settles, Dustin (Georgeann) Simpson, Preston Saylor, Tyler Saylor, Jennifer Collins, and Rhiannon (Logan) Ashcraft; Several great nieces, nephews, and 2 special aunts Sandy Fugate and Ann Collins. Also surviving are special friends, Jennifer Nolan, Gena Saylor, Bobbie Jo Maggard, and best friend, Beulah North Hoskins.

Visitation will be Thursday (May 26) from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home and after 4:00 Friday (May 27) at Laymon Pentecost Holiness Church until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday (May 28) at the Laymon Pentecost Holiness Church with the Rev. John Neal, Rev. Thomas Bishop, and Rev. David Asher officiating. Burial will follow in the Laymon Cemetery, Coldiron, KY with Nephews serving as Pallbearers.

The family would like to thank the Hospice of the Bluegrass, especially Jimmy, Michelle, and the rest of the caring staff for the love and support shown during her sickness.
