Stevie Johnson, 58 of Dayhoit passed away Monday July 8, 2013 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Stevie was born Nov. 13, 1955 in Bell Co., to the late Ray and Margaret Johnson. He believed in the Holiness Faith.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Ira Ray Johnson.
He is survived by 4 sisters, Teresa Johnson of Loyall, Georgia Johnson of Dayhoit, Barbara Young of Dayhoit, Charlene Jones of Fairview; 1 brother, Boyd Johnson of Rio Vista; special sister in law, Wilma Johnson; special friends, Eric Evans and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be Wednesday July 10, 2013 from 5 until 8:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm in the chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones with Evangelist Wanda Osborne officiating.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Thursday July 11, 2013 at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Boyd Ray Johnson, Roy Jones, Mike Jones, Tyler Middleton, Jimmy, and Eric Evans.
