Stephanie Turner

Stephanie Michelle Turner, 43 of Big Laurel, KY passed away Tuesday evening of December 29, 2020 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center.
Stephanie was born February 8, 1977 in Lafollette, TN to Gary Allen Creech and Debra Denise Nolan. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jason Cory Allen Turner.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Victor Ray Turner; grandmother, Katherine Day; brother, Gary Allen Creech; sisters, Angie Asher, Melody Creech, and Kristi Creech Crider; nephews and nieces, Joshua Southerland, David Creech, Haley Moore, Matthew Asher, Danielle Asher, Laura Adkins, Wesley, Nicholas, and Eric Crider; uncle, James Creech and aunt Nancy Hardy; a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday, (Jan. 1) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 12:00 until the funeral hour.
Burial will follow in the Cornett Cemetery at Hiram, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of our capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed.
