Sandra Napier

Sandra Renee Napier, 49 of Harlan, Kentucky died Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital. Born June 13, 1968 in Harlan, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Bill Welch and MableTurner Moore. She was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father, Leonard Moore and grandson, Daman Grubbs.
Surviving are he husband, Tommy Napier; daughters, Amanda (Bubby) Grubbs, Vanna Johnson, and Nikki Napier; sisters Diane (Bob) Miracle of Corbin, KY and Vickie Taylor of Florida; and grandsons, Tyler Coots, Cole Lunsford, and Aspen Johnson. Several special friends including Tammy Johnson, Renee Davis, Adesi Roberts, Brenda White, Dough White, Stormy White, Chris Couch, and Kay Smith also survive.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Laws and Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 PM. Burial will be private. The Rev. Franklin Stewart and Rev. Jerry Kinney will officiate the services.
