Royalty Foster

Royalty Savannah Marie Foster infant daughter of Meagan Sue Witt and Devon Foster was born and become one of God's little angels on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at the Harlan ARH.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Billy Witt and Grandmother, Eugenia Na Na McCrary.
Besides her parents, she was the baby sister to Mason Tackett of Cumberland, Alexander Foster of Cumberland, Devonte Dean of Harlan, Achilles Dean of Cumberland, Domarion Foster of Harlan, Legacy Joseph of Harlan and Caylee Witt of Baxter; she was the granddaughter of Tammy and Roger Daniels of Baxter, Janet Turner of Cumberland, Anita Bynum of Lexington and Gerald Foster of Harlan; aunt/uncle, Corisia and Michael Smith; uncles, Nicholas Bynum, Josh Foster, Bitty Foster, Malachi Foster, Alex Bynum, Shaquille Bynum, Shumar Carr, Kingdrick Shackleford, Patrick Bynum; and a host of cousins.
A memorial service will be 4:00 pm Sunday (Nov. 20) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Turner officiating. Visitation will be after 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
