Roy Day

Roy Lee Day, 57 of Wallins, KY passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 at the Harlan ARH.
Roy was born July 13, 1962 in Harlan to the late Elza and Anna Dean Day. He had been a 18 wheel truck driver.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by Elza Day, Jr and Ricky Day.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Jennifer Day; children, Roy (Angel) Day, Jr, Natasha (Matt) Clay, and Stephanie (Henry) Day; grandchildren, Addison Day, Elizabeth Branson, Henry Branson, Jr, Zachariah Branson, Brayden Clay; sisters, Vondetta (Raleigh) Day, and Ethel Day; brothers, Robert (Nola) Larry Day, Rufus, Leroy, Donnie, Eddie, Jerry Day, and  Jr Crabtree; mother in law, Verna Lawson; he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including his special dog "Max".
Visitation will be Monday (July 6) from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm in the Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Williams officiating.
Burial will be 11:00 am Tuesday (July 7) at the Day Cemetery in Wallins, KY.
Pallbearers will be Matt Clay, Brayden Clay, Henry Branson, Roy Day, Jr, Stanley Farley, David Johnson, Dewayne Johnson, Brian Middleton, Shawn Middleton, Louie Middleton, and Raleigh Middleton. Honorary Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
