Robert "C-Cat" Hensley
March 18, 1953 — June 4, 2014
Robert Lee ”C-Cat” Hensley, Jr., 61 of Dayhoit, Kentucky died Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Harlan County, a Coal Truck Drive, and believed in the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his parent Bob Hensley and Dolly Hall and one brother, Andrew Jackson Hensley.
Surviving are his wife, Shelia Hensley; three children, Robert (Sandra) Hensley, Rebecca (Fiancé Steven Farmer) Hensley, and Colan (Fiancé Trish Slusher) Hensley; and five grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers, Jim , Clarence, Bobby, William, and Chester Hensley and two sisters, Martha Hensley and Barbara Hensley.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Harlan County Memorial Gardens at Lay Hill/Tremont, Kentucky. The Rev. Doug Daniels will be officiating.
