Raymond Ray Daniel

Mr. Raymond Ray Daniel age 82 of New Tazewell, TN was born September 24, 1936 and passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at his home with his loving family by his side.

He retired from Gen Corp after 37 years as an electrician.  Mr. Daniel was a member of Walbash Westlyn Middle Street Church.

He was preceded in death by his:

Parents:  Seymour and Ivory Daniel

First wife:  Mollie (Castle) Daniel

Daughter:  Brenda Tunin

Brothers:  James Cecil Daniel and Robert Daniel

Sister:  Lizzie Mae Dutton

Infant Sister:  Charlotte Daniel

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years:  Mary N. Daniel

Sister:  Imagene Osborne

Daughter:  Debra and Dennis Graham

Special Step-daughters:   Diana and Jerry Gibson

Sherry and Sean Overmyer

9 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren

Son-in-law:  Ron Tunin

Sister-in-laws:  Cindy Profit, Lucille Derek and Nancy Smallwood

Brother-in-law:  James Foley Smallwood Sr.

2 Nephews and 1 Niece

The family will receive friends Monday August 26, 2019 from 5: PM till 7: PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel, Tazewell, TN, with funeral services to follow  at 7: PM with the Rev. Jeff Tingle officiating. Music will be provided by the family.

Family and friends will meet Tuesday August 27, 2019 at 11: AM at the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY for graveside services.
