Raymond Fidel (Rc Man) Morales

Raymond Fidel Morales “RC Man” passed away on Saturday Dec. 16, 2017 at the Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center at the age of 81.
He was born June 11, 1936 in El Paso, TX to the late Verlon and Angelina Garcia Webb. He had resided in Loyall for many years and worked at the RC Plant for 43 years.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Donnie Morales; brother, Armondo “Poncho” Morales; sisters, Christine Burkhart and Ellie Morales.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Morales of Wallins; his children, Fidel (Deanna) Morales of Wallins, Christy Morales (Chris) Irvin of Lily, Erik (Rachel) Morales of Evarts, Tony (Angie) Morales of Corbin, Janet (Brad) Brown of Michigan; 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; brothers, Verlon (Evelyn) Webb Jr. of Tennessee, Basil Webb of Watts Creek; sisters,Verlina Joseph of London, Rosemary Broughton of Loyall, Dellia Lemar of Pineville; his mother in law, Thelma Simpson of Wallins; brother in law, Jack (Patty) Simpson Patty of Wallins, sister in law, Dee Ramey (Jim) Stallard of London, sister in law, Myrtle Morales of Harlan; special family friends, Don Samuels of Wallins, and
Mary Wittenbarger of Harlan. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews other relatives, many friends to mourn his passing.
Special thanks to all the Nurses and Staff at Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center, who took great care of our husband and dad with love and compassion.
A life Celebration will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday (Dec. 21) at the Bud Simpson Church, 106 Liggett Ave., Wallins, KY 40873.
In Keeping with his wishes all other services will be Private.
