Pauline Clem

Pauline Clem, 79, of Totz, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY.

She leaves behind a family that loved her immensely and will cherish her memory forever, including her son Ken Clem, her daughter Kelli Jo Clem, her sister Stella Mahan and her brother Joe Hensley, her 5 grandchildren – Kristy Clem, Donnie Clem Jr., Joshua Clem, Kendra Clem and Kendyl Clem, her 2 great grandchildren Landon Partin and Aurora Partin, her 3 daughters-in-law Dora Clem, Vicky Clem and Nancy Clem, her granddaughter-in-law Andrea Clem and her grandson-in-law Eric Partin. She also leaves behind her half-sister Linda Steimer and half-brothers Richard Hensley, Jerry Hensley and Larry Hensley.  She also was blessed with several nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her husband Chester Clem, her sons Donnie Clem and Rickey Clem, her mother Margaret Hensley Spencer, her father Paul Hensley, her brother Kelly Hensley, and her half-brothers Allen Hensley and Lee Hensley.

In keeping with Pauline’s wishes a Private Visitation will be held at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

Public graveside services will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 20, 2019 at the Totz Cemetery, Totz, KY with her Nephew, Pastor Britt Hensley officiating. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery just prior to the service.

Pauline adored her family and was also a lover of animals of all kinds, dedicating a large portion of her life to caring for and protecting stray animals. She was surrounded by pets of all sorts throughout her life. Though her special love was for dogs, she saved the lives of several dogs and cats by taking them in or offering them food when others had set them out to fend for themselves.
