Ollie Bates

Ollie Ann Bates, 75 of Harlan passed away suddenly on Sunday April 2, 2023 at her home.
Ollie was born December 26, 1947 in Harlan to the late Granville and Lona Middleton Wynn. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed working outdoors. She believed in the Baptist Faith.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Bates; siblings, Wilford, Alford and Vernon Wynn, Mildred Brandenburg, Shirley Roark, Pernie Lanham and Mary Flores.
She is survived by her children, Jamie M. (Crystal) Bates and John D. (Ashley) Bates; granddaughter, Brianna (Tyler) Lawson; sisters, Wanda Mulkey and Nora Beach; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn her passing.
In keeping with her wishes all services will be private.
