Myra Marlatt

Myra Doepel Marlatt, 79 of Corbin, KY formerly of Harlan passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Continue Care Hospital, Corbin, KY.
She was born Aug. 10, 1936 in Harlan, KY to the late Smith and Verda Tyree Doepel. She had resided in Corbin for the last 15 years and attended Hopewell Baptist Church in Corbin.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Alan Marlatt; sister, Barbara Bargo; brother, Gary Doepel.
She is survived by a son, Greg Marlatt of Greenville, SC; daughters, Deborah Vix of Covington, LA and Beverly Marlatt of Versailles, KY; grandchildren, Daniel Marlatt, Samantha Gilliland, and Rebecca Myra Marlatt; great grandchildren, Nathaniel Gilliland and Alaina Jade Gilliland; brother, Ervin Doepel of Hendersonville, KY; sister, Priscilla Powell of Nicholasville, KY.
Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel, Keith, KY with family members speaking.
All other services will be Private.
