Michael Brock

Michael Brock, 60 of Gulston passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Mike was born on Sunday July 19, 1959 in Harlan, KY to the late Clarence and Helen Smith Brock. He was a life long resident of Harlan Co and was the office manager for Harlan 2 Way. He was a member of Bethel Holiness Church at Molus. His hobbies included helping in the Church and doing yard work.
He is survived by his brothers, Gary (Rissa) Brock and Larry (Trish) Brock all of Pansy; sisters, Lola Monroe of Wallins and Wilma Phillips of Indiana special friends, Don Lundy, John Lundy and families, Sharmin Shompa, and his beloved Church family.
Visitation will be Monday (May 25) from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. (Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting our building occupancy to 33% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements.)
Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday (May 26) at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel at Keith, KY with Rev. John Lundy officiating. Famiy & Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery just prior to service time.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.
