Matthew Edmon Warren

   Matthew Edmon Warren, 54 of Wallins, Kentucky passed away on July 24, 2024 at St. Joseph's Hospital in London, Kentucky.

   Matthew was born on November 11, 1969 in Harlan, Kentucky to Herman Warren and the late Vesta Davis Warren. He believed in the Holiness Pentecostal faith and was a lifelong resident of Harlan County. He enjoyed going to the tanning bed. 

   Besides his mother, he is also preceded in death by his grandparents; Edmon and Hazel Davis, and Edmon and Hazel Warren. 

   He is survived by his father, Herman Warren, his sisters; Alice (David Wilburn) Hickey, Kristie (Brandon Smith) Warren, Shannon (Donnie) Middleton, Vesta (Charles) Epperson, and Allison (Matt) Roark. Also his nieces and nephews; Trevor Cox, Donnie Middleton, Jessica Middleton, Matessa Cox, Brittany Cox, Amber Middleton, Caden and Brooke Epperson, Cameron Middleton, Autumn Powers, Jacelynn Caldwell, Lexi Caldwell, Ariah Cox, Chrislynn Cox, and Enesumae Cox, two aunts, Laura Vosk and her son Timothy, Nancy Ann Osborne and her daughter, Hazel Davis; and a special friend; Ruth Howard.

   Visitation will be Sunday (July 28) from 4 to 6 pm at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

   Funeral Services will be Monday (July 29) at 1 pm in the chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Daniel officiating.

   Entombment will follow the funeral services at the Grays Knob Cemetery in Grays Knob, Kentucky. 

   Pallbearers will be Donnie Middleton, Charles Epperson, Trevor Cox, Austin Belcher, Matthew Roark, and Brandon Smith.
