Maggie Shephard

Maggie Shephard of Harlan, born April 22, 1939 left this world on July 31, 2013 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. Maggie believed in the Baptist Faith.
Maggie is survived by her husband Jack Shephard, her son David Shephard, four daughters Theresa Witt-Sellers, Lisa Blevins, Kimberly Witt, and Rita Bell; 11 grandchildren; and multiple great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Hamp and Sally Witt and two great-grandsons John William Blevins and Matthew Alexander Carroll.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Resthaven Cemetery in Keith, KY with the Reverend Robert Keith officiating. David Vaughn, Macky Sullivan, Justin Walley, Charles Clem, Brad Peterson, Donnie Clem, Frank Shumate, and Will Blevins will serve as pallbearers.
