Lois Noe

Lois Helena Noe, 93 of Wallins, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Harlan ARH.

Lois was born October 22, 1925 in Wallins, KY to the late William and Cuba Blanton Howard. She taught school in the Harlan Co. School System early in her career. She worked for the Harlan Co. Community Action Agency for 31 years.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Anderson B. Noe, Jr.

Survivors include her children, Douglas Noe of Wallins, Tamara (Jerry) Carter of Somerset, KY, and Janie (Gary) Farmer of Wallins, KY; grandchildren, Brent (Susan) Noe, Brandon (Carrie) Noe, Bethany (Canon) Moore all of Wallins, KY, Ryan Farmer of Redding, CA, and Cora Carter of Somerset, KY; great grandchildren, Whitney Noe and Harper Farmer; brothers, Edwin (Elnore) Howard of Lakeland, FL, and Warren Howard of Harrogate, TN; she leaves several nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, (June 8) at the Wallins Church of God with Rev. Buddy Simpson officiating.

Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.

Visitation will be after 12:00 pm Saturday (June 8) until the funeral hour at the Wallins Church of God.
