Lillian Pate

Lillian Mae Pate, 74 of Speedwell, TN formerly of Harlan Co., passed away Saturday March 18, 2017 at the home of her son.
Lillian was born July 7, 1942 in Harlan, KY to the late Orville and Mae Hensley Pate. She was a homemaker and member of the Ages Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Tony Randal Pate and Dale Curtis Saylor; her daughter, Reba Jean Pate Hyde; her brothers, James Phillip Pate and Orville “Sonny” Pate; her sister, Barbara Ward.
She is survived by her loving son, Darrell (Lisa Ann) Pate of Speedwell, TN; her sisters, Reba Brock of Coldiron, KY, Betty Holland of London, KY, and Joann Miracle of Knoxville, TN; 6 grandchildren, Amber (David) Barlow, Andrea (Rodney) Shackleford, Sarah (Eric) Pate, James Randall Pate, Montoya (Ricky) Anderson, and Eva (Tristen) Jackson; 8 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends are left to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be after 4:00 pm Monday (March 20) at the Ages Pentecostal Holiness Church and anytime Tuesday (March 21) until the funeral hour at the church.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Tuesday (March 21) at the church with Rev. Jesse Kinder, Rev. Jerry Collins, and Rev. Rod Shackleford officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday (March 22) at the Evarts Memorial Gardens at Verda, KY.
