Kathleen Holland, 64 of Totz, Kentucky died Monday, October 17, 2016 at her residence. She was born November 14, 1951 in Delphia, Kentucky daughter of the late Bentley and Mary Shepherd. She was retired from the Harlan County Board of Education after 24 years where she had worked as a cook in the cafeteria at the Totz Elementary and Cumberland High Schools.
Surviving are her husband, Elisha Holland of Totz; brothers, Virgil Shepherd of Roanoke, VA, Luther Shepherd of Lynch, and Enoch Shepherd of Winchester, KY; and sister, Vickie Wells of Totz, KY.
