Julia Louise Cain, 64 of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee formerly life long resident of Harlan, Kentucky passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 surrounded by her loving husband and children.
Julia was born August 28, 1960 in Harlan, Kentucky to Delores Hickey and the late Clark Hickey. She was a retired elementary school teacher. She enjoyed singing, dancing, playing the piano, and any and everything to do with her family.
She is survived by her adoring husband, Eddie Cain; her children, son Erik Cain and wife Casey Cain, daughter Abby Witt and husband Ricky Witt, son Dillon Cain and wife Brooke Cain, grandchildren; Makenna "MJ" Witt, Madalyn "Maddie" Witt, Tilleigh Cain and Titan Cain, her mother, Delores Hickey, sisters; Allyson Hickey, Rene Lazega, and Elaine Hickey. She leaves behind a host of friends, nieces, nephews, and other relatives including many cousins "too many to list" for whom each one had a special place in her heart.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Saturday (Dec. 14) at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home, 114 S. 3rd Street, Harlan, KY 40831.
Memorial services will follow at 2:00 PM Saturday (Dec. 14) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. John Carter officiating.
