Joyce Johnson

Joyce Ann Johnson, 74 of Corbin formerly of Shields passed away Friday Feb. 28, 2014 at the Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
Joyce was born Aug. 14, 1939 in Evarts, KY to the late Avery and Annie Harmon Boyd. She was a homemaker and member of the Willow Grove Baptist Church.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Claude E. Johnson and her siblings.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Judy) Johnson, Clayton (Shawna) Johnson, Carol (Kelly) Napier all of Corbin, and Tina (Timothy) Coots of Shields; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm Wednesday March 5, 2014 at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday March 6, 2014 in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Moore officiating.
Burial will follow in the Cupp Family Cemetery at Kenvir.
