Johnny Ray Bryant, Sr. 58 of Kenvir, KY passed away Thursday morning of September 29, 2022 at his home.
Johnny was born August 2, 1964 in Harlan to Sue Laws Bryant and the late Don Bryant. He was a retired coal miner from JRL Coal Co and believed in the Pentecostal Faith.
He is survived by his mother, Sue Bryant of Kenvir; special companion of 23 years, Geraldine Goodie Bryant of Harlan; his children, Johnny (Danielle) Bryant, Jr of Harlan, Michael (April) Goodie of Baxter, Timothy (Terri) Goodie of Harlan, Keith Castellanos of Chicago, IL, Dustin Goodie of Harlan, and Tyler (Kayla) Goodie of Arjay, KY; brothers, Timmy Bryant of Kenvir and Don Lee Bryant of Tennessee; special granddaughter, Abigail Johnson; grandchildren Jadelen Bryant, Cheyenne Bryant, Jayevn Dickens, Koby Bryant, Rayden Bryant, Kenleigh Myers, Isaiah Myers, Matt Myers, Charleigh Goodie, Timothy Goodie, Jr, Cadence Goodie, Gavin Goodie, Ethan Goodie, Bentley Goodie, Presleigh Goodie, Benson Goodie, and Liam Castellanos; he leave a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Sunday (Oct. 2) from 6:00 pm 8:00 pm at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday (Oct. 3) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Daniel officiating.
Burial will follow in the #30 Cemetery on School House Road Cemetery at Kenvir, KY family and friends serving as Pallbearers.
