Gloria J. Mitchell, 64 of Rio Vista passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at her home.
She was born September 3, 1951 in Harlan, KY to the late James and Jeanette Hensley Gilpin. She had attended Baxter Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Mitchell of Rio Vista; son, Steve Mitchell of Texas; daughter, Melissa Lay of Rio Vista; 1 brother, Mike Gilpin of Loyall, and 1 sister, Crystal Jones of Florida; 4 grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be Saturday (May 28) after 10:00 am at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Memorial services will follow at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Jones officiating.
