Frances Saylor
October 17, 1942 — September 26, 2015
Frances Sue Saylor, 72 of Wallins passed away Saturday Sept. 26, 2015 at the Harlan ARH following a courageous battle with cancer.
Frances was born Oct. 17, 1942 in Harlan Co., KY to the late Tom and Mary Frances Harp Chadwick. She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing the piano and singing in church at Molus Pentecostal Church where she was a member.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Roy, Harold, and Arnold Chadwick.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Saylor; her children, Donna (John) Bailey, Katherine (Jim) Estes, Bradley Johnson, and Lisa Brock all of Harlan; 2 step sons, Mark Lynn (Sarah) Saylor of Cumberland and Matthew (Christina) Saylor of Page; 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Nanalee) Chadwick of Harlan, Charles Chadwick of Beaver Dam, KY and William Chadwick of Columbus, OH; her mother-in-law, Wilma Saylor of Wallins; she leaves several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be 5 – 8 Monday (Sept. 28) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday (Sept. 29) in the chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Stepp and Bishop Ronnie Williams officiating.
Burial will follow in the Park Howard Cemetery with Jeremiah Stephens, Wayne Brock, Josh Estes, Justin Templeton, Chris Estes and Shawn Estes serving as Pallbearers.
