Edna L. Harp

Edna L. (Noe) Harp, 87 of Bobs Creek, Ky passed away on the morning of Monday April 27, 2020 at her home following a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
Edna was born July 9, 1932, in Harlan, KY to the late John Henry Noe and Clara Smith Noe. She was a homemaker and believed in the Pentecostal faith. A loving mother, sister, aunt, and dear friend to lots of people. she will be missed by everyone that knew her. Her wishes were to have no funeral services and to not be sad when she is gone, because she knew in her heart she was going home to be with Jesus. She wanted everyone to know she loved them, and one last wish was to tell everyone to know Jesus as their savior and to get ready for his coming.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband David H. Harp; sisters, Zelva Irene Yazell, and Jean Noe.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Tim) Trott and Von Harp (Randy) Saylor; sister, Dollie (Harry) Shepherd; grandchildren, Tory (Lauren) Arney, Emilee (Melton) Middleton, Randi Lynn Saylor, Sabrina (Aaron) Lockman, and Jesse Trott; great grandchildren, Amelia River Arney, Lillian Adams; nieces and nephews, Karen (Mike) Brock. Kathy (Roger) McGinnis, Rodrick (Lorna Bell) Jones, Eddie Jones, Danny (Lena) Jones, Scotty Jones, Binky; great nieces and nephews, Rachel Brock (Bradley) Childress, Aaron (Lindsey) McGinnis and children.

In keeping with Edna's wishes all services will be private and burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY.
