Earl Hensley

   Earl J. Hensley, 78 of Kitts passed away peacefully at his home on Monday morning of March 3, 2025 with his family by his side.

   Earl was born August 21, 1946 in Harlan to the late Henry and Hannah Couch Hensley. He was a Staff Sergeant Veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was a surface coal miner and truck driver.

   He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Ruth Lee Hensley; two daughters, Earline Adams and Renee Hensley.

   He is survived by his son Tim and Stephanie Hensley and his granddaughter, Raelyn; two grandchildren that he raised as his own, Jon (Nicole) Adams and Shannon (Robert) Eldridge, Cole Howard and Five great grandchildren.

   To Honor his wishes there will be no services at this time.

   His son would like to thank Bluegrass Caregivers, especially Tiffany, Lisa and Gail for the care and concern given to Earl and his family during this difficult time.
