Douglas Noe

Douglas E. Noe, 70 of Wallins passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday morning of November 16, 2022.
Doug loved to fish and ride his four-wheeler in the mountains, and a very talented musician who loved to play the guitar. Doug had a sense of humor no one could ever match and he loved entertaining his family and friends.
Doug was born on November 16, 1952 in Wallins, KY to the late Anderson (A.B.) and Lois Howard Noe. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Cuba Howard; paternal grandparents, Anderson Noe, Sr and Myrtle Noe.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Brent (Susan) Noe and Brandon (Carrie) Noe; his granddaughter, Whitney Noe all of Wallins; his sisters, Janie (Gary) Farmer of Wallins and Tamara (Jerry) Carter of Somerset; nieces, Bethany Moore and Cora Carter; nephew, Ryan Farmer; great niece, Harper Farmer; mother of his children, Joni Lidster Russell; and 3 special friends that he loved like brothers, Teddy Calloway, Bill Roger Howard and Benny Meade; he leaves a host of extended family to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Saturday (Nov. 19) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Graveside services will follow at 2:30 pm at the Resthaven Cemetery Chapel at Keith, KY with Rev. David Overbay officiating.
Burial will then follow in the Resthaven Cemetery.
