David E. Hall, 92 of Keith passed away Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017 at the Harlan ARH.
Mr. Hall was born March 2, 1925 to the late John L. and Georgia Johnson Hall. He was retired after 36 years with McLouth Steel in Detroit, MI. He was a United States Veteran of the United States Marines and a member of the Harlan Lodge 879 F & AM. He loved woodworking and if you were a friend you surely had one of his figurines made out of walnuts.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gayle Walbright Hall; sisters, Betty Lou Howard and Merlene Howard.
He is survived by his son, John Hall; 2 sister-in-laws, Ruth Hurst and Harriet Ann Myers; nieces and nephews, Peggy Dugger, Earlene (Ralph) Dugger, Dennis (Peggy) Howard, and Jim (Mickey) Howard.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday (Nov. 28) in the Chapel of Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Adkisson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith with the Harlan Honor Guard serving as Pallbearers.
Military Rites will be observed by the Harlan Honor Guard.
Visitation will be Tuesday (Nov. 28) from 11:00 am until the funeral hour at Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
