David Estes

David Earl Estes, 64 of Fresh Meadows, Ky passed away on May 7, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
David was born October 28, 1956 in Harlan to the late Buddy and Helen Osborne Estes. He was a retired coal miner with 25 years of service, having last worked for Harlan-Cumberland Coal Co.
He is survived by his wife Linda Howard Estes of Fresh Meadows, KY; son, David Matthew Estes of Fresh Meadows; daughters, Cindy Clem of Evarts, KY, Chrystal (Troy) Collett of Wallins, KY, and Cassie Estes of Fresh Meadows, KY; 12 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren; brother, Paul Estes of Lenarue, KY; sisters, Donna Kay (Ronnie) Owens of Pikeville, KY, Alma Hardy of Lenarue, KY; Teresa (David) Howard of Sawbriar, KY, and Gloria (Beckham) Southerland of Lenarue, KY; he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Wednesday (May 12) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Anderson- Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Park Howard Cemetery at Wallins, KY.
