Darrell Wayne Johnson, 49 of Harlan, Kentucky died Monday, July 20, 2015. A lifelong Harlan County Resident, he was born August 3, 1965 son of the late Byron and Dorothy Forrester Johnson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Johnson and Danny Johnson.
Surviving are two children, Bobby Johnson and Crystal Whitehead both of Harlan; brothers, twin brother Michael (Yvonne) Johnson of Mary Alice, Herb Johnson of Fairview, Robbie Johnson of Teetersville, Billy Johnson of Teetersville, Byron (Regina) Johnson of Teetersville, and Tim (Kathy) Johnson of Michigan; and sister, Vicky (Charles) Gibbons of Watts Creek. Several Nieces, Nephews and other Relatives and Friends will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM in the Teetersville Church of God.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Teetersville Church of God. Rev. Russell Gilbert and Rev. Mitchell Brock will officiate the services.
Interment will follow the funeral in the Wright/Johnson Cemetery at Teetersville. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
