Charlie "Hugo" Nipper

Charlie Wayne  Nipper "Hugo", 56 of Shields, KY passed away Monday morning of October 3, 2022 at the Harlan ARH.
Hugo was born June 21, 1966 in Harlan to Charles Nipper and the late Georgie Blevins Nipper. He loved ginseng and just being in the mountains, and loved to resell.
Besides his father he is survived by his wife Missy Thomas of Shields; sons, Bradley Thomas of Evarts, and Luther Nipper of Cape Coral, FL; brothers, Jobby (Desiree) Blevins  and James (Casey) Nipper all of Cape Coral, FL; sisters, Julie (David) Pendleton of LaBelle, FL and Jennifer (Robert) Carroll of Cranks; special friends, Don Bailey and Shawn Madden he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
In Keeping with his wishes a private gathering will be 2:00 pm Sunday (Oct. 8) with Rev. Bill Moore officiating.
