Cecelia Lynne Osborne

Cecelia Lynne Osborne, 61 of Harlan passed away Friday evening of February 10, 2023 at the Harlan ARH.
Lynne was born June 25, 1961 to the late Lawrence C. "L.C" and Lorna Johnson. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, James, Hamp, and Brian Howard; sister, Anne Stephenson.
She is survived by two sons, Tyler Osborne of Evarts and Alex Osborne of Harlan; granddaughter, Briar Rose Osborne; nephew, Derek Stephenson of Harlan; niece Laura Woo; she leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
In keeping with Lynne's wishes no services are planned at this time.
