Billie Lou Noe

   Billie Lou Noe, 48 of Evarts passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Saturday morning of October 7, 2023 following a courageous battle with cancer.
   Billie was born August 2, 1975 to Virgie Woodard Noe Brewer and the Late Billy Wayne Noe. 
   Besides her father she is preceded in death by the man who took her in and raised her like his own daughter, her father Frank Brewer; her beloved sister, Stacy Noe; beloved brother, Donald Wayne Noe; her maternal grandparents, Bill and Doshie Woodard; paternal grandparents, Avery and Ing Noe; special aunt, Lois Faye Doan; step daughter, Talesha Taylor; and grandson, Jahryon Willis.
    Besides her mother, she leaves those to mourn her passing, her loving and adoring children that she loved more than anything, Kylie Dawn Madison Noe and Kobe Gavin Kade Noe; her special companion of 21 years, Earl Sanders and children, Esha, Vari, Will Jr, Brianna, Brandon, Gabby, Quana, Kaley, Kaydon, Kenyon, Kamen and Jordyn; 1 bonus son, Kyle Farley; sister, Missy (Jackie Hensley) Brewer.
    Nieces, Megan (Eric) Noe, and children, Allison, Gauge, Landon and Jace; special niece, Heather Hensley; Brandi (Zach) Johnson and children, Emmilee and Josie Johnson; Nephew, Joey (Ashley) Grubbs, Kyle, and children, Olivia and Kenni Joe, Nephew, Adam Lewis; two aunts, Joann (Johnny) Dean and Elizabeth Dean; two uncles, Lee Noe and Avery (Teresa) Noe; special friends, Mike Long and the Arnold Ely Family; she leaves a host of cousins, other relatives and many friends.
    Visitation will be 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm Wednesday (Oct. 11) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. 
    Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm Wednesday (Oct 11) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Noe officiating. Music will be by Zach Johnson, Jason Collins and Crystal Collins.
    Gravesides services will be held 12:00 pm on Thursday  (Oct 12) at the Resthaven Cemetery in Keith, KY with Denny Farmer, Boyd Ray Johnson, Jeff Sullivan, Timmy Middleton, Lil Arnold Ely and Corey Ely serving as Pallbearers. (Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 11:30 am to go in Funeral procession to the cemetery)
